Reiki is an Ancient Japanese Spiritual Healing Art that gently restores balance to the body, mind and spirit.
It is subtle form of energy healing that channels spiritually guided life force energy-universal energy that flows through all living things. Reiki enables body’s innate healing ability by activating powerful positive energy flow and neutralizing negative blockages.
When energy moves freely, we return to our natural state of harmony and wholeness. Many spiritual traditions recognize that dis-ease is caused by imbalances in the body. Reiki nurtures healing by addressing these imbalances at their energetic source, rather than just the symptoms.
The experience is often described as deeply relaxing, calming and restorative with sensations of warmth or tingling- and a profound feeling of peace and connection.

Each Reiki session is a sacred space for relaxation, grounding, balance, and healing.
Before we begin, we’ll take a few moments to connect and discuss your intentions—what you hope to receive or release. Fully clothed and comfortably settled in a tranquil sacred space, you’ll be gently guided into stillness as I channel Reiki energy through light touch or by holding my hands just above your body.
The energy flows where it is most needed, led by your intention and the innate wisdom of your being.
Every session is uniquely personal—no two are ever the same—because each soul’s journey is beautifully individual.
At the close of the session, we welcome reflection and sharing. Often, the energetic shift is deeply moving and insightful.
My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can journey inward to reconnect and harmonize with your highest good.

Animal Reiki Session

Animals are deeply intuitive beings who respond beautifully to Reiki.
As an animal lover, I understand the deep desire to enhance their well-being and comfort. Animals, the same as us benefit from Reiki by reducing stress and anxiety, restoring energetic balance, and supporting their natural healing processes.
Using a gentle, non-invasive approach, I offer Reiki to your animal in a way that honors their autonomy. The energy flows where it is most needed, guided by their own innate wisdom and willingness to receive.
Each session is led by the animal—they take as much or as little Reiki as they choose, in their own time and space.
Reiki can support pain relief, ease the effects of illness, injury, or surgery, and promote overall vitality and peace. My intention is always to hold a calm, sacred space for healing, connection, and trust.
